Time indeed does fly. It’s been almost a year since MakeStuffUp.Info launched, and we’re 8 resources away from 350 resources included on the site.

MakeStuffUp.Info started as an internal project, but then we thought this could be valuable for a lot more people. So we decided to share it publicly. Since then, we’ve served almost 800 people around the world.

As a niche site, your support — either through reading this newsletter, visiting MakeStuffUp.Info now and then, or telling your friends about us (we hope you do 😉); is the most significant source of motivation for us to continue working on it and making it better. So thank you!

Good Stuff of the Month:

A few months ago, we released Nookly — an All-in-One Digital Product Audit Template. Much like MakeStuffUp.Info, Nookly started as an internal tool, but unlike MakeStuffUp.Info, Nookly is not free. If you’d like to get lifetime access to Nookly at the cheap cheap price of US$29, check out our listing on AppSumo. The early feedback we’re getting for Nookly has been super positive. Grab your copy today when it’s still on sale.

You can also find Nookly under Tools > Testing > Checklists on MakeStuffUp.Info.

Freshly Added:

Makerpad is the biggest no-code learning community as of this writing. Founded in 2019, Makerpad has recently been acquired by Zapier, another big player in the no-code sphere. We think about Makerpad as the cooler and more mature big brother of MakeStuffUp.Info. If you’re looking for more guidance on building digital products with no-code, it might be worth checking out Makerpad.

Makerpad Tutorials is featured on MakeStuffUp.Info under Knowledge > Courses > No-code.

Heroicons is a beautiful hand-crafted set of icons made by the makers of Tailwind CSS. If you’re looking for an extensive free set of icons for your next project, don’t forget to check this one out.

You can always find Heroicons under Tools > Visual Design > Icons on MakeStuffUp.Info.

After spending days, months, or even years on a project, it’s time for you to share it with the world. Where To Post Your Project is a list of places where you can post your project or startup for free. The list contains small communities and sites to help you find your first customers.

You can always find this list under Knowledge > Article > Marketing > Lead Gen on MakeStuffUp.Info.

Other stuff:

Over the last month, it has come to our attention recently that Substack is not an ethical business as we previously thought. In their post, Annalee Newitz pointed out many shading business tactics Substack has been doing behind the scene. Due to this, we’ll be moving our newsletter to another newsletter service very soon. It won’t affect you as a subscriber, only that you’ll see some changes in how the newsletter looks and how you will access the newsletter. More information coming soon.

If you’re looking for an alternative for your newsletters, check out Buttondown.

That’s it for now. We’ll see you next month!

Until then, keep on makin’ stuff up.
